Re And Xi Jinping used “revolutionize” (革命化). More on that soon.
Important take here from @SPCmonitor . We should note that 法治专门队伍革命化, or “the revolutionizing of professional rule of/by law teams,” resonates with the Mao era. And 队伍革命化 first appeared in 1963.
